Questions

How do shared credits work?

Credits bought for a workspace go into one pool. Anyone in the workspace can stage and download, and each download takes one credit from the pool before it touches their own. The owner sees who used what this month.

How do agents join?

The owner or an admin adds their email on the workspace page and sends them the invite link. They sign in with that email and are in. Removing someone frees their seat straight away.

Do unused monthly credits disappear?

No. Credits stay in the pool until they are used, including the ones a monthly plan adds.

How does the photographer program stay under my brand?

You stage the photos in your workspace and send clients a delivery gallery with your logo, colors and contact details. With unbranded delivery turned on, Listing Curator is not mentioned anywhere on the gallery. You set your own prices.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans cancel any time from the billing page and keep working until the end of the paid month. One-time packs never expire.
