What happens when I sign in?
The product uses managed sign-in. The account service processes account details needed to authenticate you. Some creation, publishing, and download actions require you to be signed in.
What happens to photos I upload?
A room photo is uploaded to a unique public URL so the image-generation service can process it. Uploaded photos are not automatically deleted by the staging flow. The video studio also uploads the selected photo to create a clip preview. Anyone with access to a public media URL may be able to view that file.
Do not upload confidential, private, or unpublished listing images unless you have permission to share them with the service providers involved.
What information can a published property page show?
A property page may include details, photos, gallery media, a floor plan, a model, or a video selected by its publisher. Publishing makes that page available to people who have its public link. Only publish property information and media you are permitted to share.
When a visitor submits an inquiry, the form collects the visitor's name, email address, optional phone number, and message. The inquiry is associated with the property page so its owner can respond.
How are purchases processed?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Listing Curator uses purchase and entitlement records to make the relevant download available. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials in a property inquiry or support message.
How long is information kept?
The product does not automatically delete uploaded staging images when a preview finishes. This notice does not promise a retention period for account records, property content, inquiries, or media processed by external AI and hosting providers. Those services may apply their own terms and retention rules.
This summary should be completed with a verified privacy contact and reviewed against the current provider agreements before it is relied on as a formal legal notice.
